Terroir
Deep sandy-silt soils, ideal for enhancing Sauvignon Blanc’s aromatic expression, delivering brightness, purity and freshness.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification: 6-hour skin contact followed by inert pressing to enhance aromatics, 15-day cold settling at 0°C with daily lees stirring to build texture and complexity, fermentation at 18°C to preserve freshness, filtered lees reintegrated, then ageing in stainless-steel tanks.
