Do you know where our name Lion & The Lily comes from? On the coat of arms of Bordeaux, you will find a lion and three lilies. The lilies are the historical symbol of the kings of France, and the lion (originally 3 leopards) was the symbol of Richard I of England (also known as Richard the Lionheart). This name is a subtle and modern nod to the history of our beautiful city of Bordeaux, where our white wine comes from!

Reviews
"TUTIAC ‘LION & THE LILY’ SAUVIGNON BLANC BORDEAUX
Les Vignerons de Tutiac is a big co-operative in Bordeaux formed in the 70s and now producing the most Cotes de Bordeaux of any estate. This wine is not in the classic oaked Bordeaux blanc blended with Muscadelle and Semilion but of the fresher style often produced in Entre De Mers. It’s wellbalanced with a hit of blackberry leaf and gooseberry and I’d say it’s well worth the asking price. " [+]
