Presentation
Atlantique" is the Protected Geographical Indication grouping red, rosé, and white wines produced in five departments along the French Atlantic coast. The climate there is decidedly oceanic: the Atlantic Ocean brings mildness in winter and a sensation of freshness in summer. The long and sunny summers allow the grapes to reach ideal maturity, while the sea breezes preserve the freshness of the vineyards.
Terroir

Deep clay-limestone soils, clay-dominant, whose structure encourages a gradual water supply and steady, even ripening.
Winemaking
Direct pressing in inerted presses, cold settling then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°C, with inerting throughout the process, in order to preserve the color and aromatic freshness and to reveal thiol aroma precursors.
