Presentation
By carefully choosing each plot according to the terroir and by complying with strict requirements, Tutiac offers, vintage after vintage unique and quality wines.
Terroir
A combination of sandy-gravel and clay-limestone soils, ideal for producing a rosé that is bright, expressive and naturally fresh.
Winemaking
Traditional winemaking with direct pressing using inert (oxygen-protected) presses to preserve delicate aromatics and colour. Cold static settling, followed by temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation (around 14°C to favour ester-driven aromas, or 18°C to highlight thiol aroma precursors). Systematic inerting of musts, fermenting juices and finished wines to maintain freshness, brightness and hue.
Ageing
Ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks for added roundness.
Varietal
Merlot : 100%
