Terroir
Clay-limestone soils that naturally combine structure and tension, producing wines that are both generous and fresh.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification, with an approximately 15-day maceration and fermentation carried out at 22°C.
Ageing
Aged in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the wine’s bright fruit expression and freshness.
Specifications
Contains sulphites. Does not contain egg or egg products. Does not contain milk or milk-based products.

Visual appearance
Beautiful deep, dense purple colour.
At nose
The nose is intense and complex, opening with notes of black cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry.
On the palate
Generous on the attack, the palate is lifted by a touch of freshness. The finish is long and persistent, with a bouquet of red fruits.
Food pairings
A perfect match for roasted white meats, grilled dishes, poultry in light sauces, or charcuterie platters. It also pairs beautifully with semi-hard cheeses.
