Presentation

Presentation
By selecting each plot according to its terroir and respecting specifications specific to each vintage, the winemakers of Tutiac offer you, vintage after vintage, original wines of impeccable quality.
Presentation video
Terroir
Deep sandy-silt soils, enhancing Sauvignon Blanc’s aromatic expression.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification with 75% direct pressing (using inert, oxygen-protected presses) and 25% skin contact to increase aromatic intensity. Cold static settling, followed by temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation at 18°C to highlight thiol aroma precursors. Systematic inerting of musts, fermenting juices and finished wines preserves aromatic freshness and colour.
Ageing
Ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to build texture and roundness.
Specifications
Contains sulphites. Does not contain egg or egg products. Does not contain milk or milk-based products.
