Terroir
The sandy-silt soil enhances the aromatic expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Winemaking
Produced from direct pressing, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels.
Ageing
Then, the wine is aged on fine lees with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring) for 7 months, to build volume, complexity and finesse.

A beautiful pale gold colour..
At nose
An intense, complex nose combining yellow-fleshed fruit aromas with notes of vanilla and brioche.
On the palate
On the palate, the attack is round with good volume and a pleasant freshness. A fine balance between Sauvignon’s signature character and the toasted notes brought by barrel ageing. Very long aromatic finish.

Ideal with seafood, fish or white meats in sauce, composed salads, and cheeses.
