Terroir
This Claret is made from Merlot grapes from young vines. The grapes are harvested early to preserve all the freshness of the fruit and its aromatic expression.
Winemaking
The winemaking process is carried out with a spirit of indulgence and flexibility. A short maceration of about three days allows for a moderate extraction, limiting the tannins. Fermentation at low temperatures promotes aromatic brilliance and freshness. Aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks ensures the purity of the fruit and the balance of the wine.
