Presentation

Presentation
The IGP Atlantique includes red, rosé, and white wines produced in five departments along the Atlantic coast. The oceanic climate brings mild winters, sunny summers, and sea breezes that preserve the freshness of the vines.
Terroir
A resolutely oceanic climate: the Atlantic brings mild winters and a sensation of freshness. Long, sunny summers promote ideal grape maturity, while sea breezes preserve the vineyard's freshness. Deep clay-limestone soils, predominantly clayey, whose structure ensures a gradual water supply and regular and homogeneous ripening.
Winemaking
Direct pressing in inerted presses, cold settling then fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°C, with inerting throughout the process to preserve the color and aromatic freshness and to reveal thiol aroma precursors.
Ageing
Breeding on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to gain volume and complexity while maintaining a beautiful tension.
