Terroir
On clay-limestone soils, the clay brings body and roundness, while the limestone provides tension and aromatic lift. A terroir that produces generous, well-balanced wines with a naturally fresh finish.
Winemaking
Traditional vinification with juice run-off (saignée) to concentrate colour and aromas, followed by around 4 weeks of maceration to build texture and complexity. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out between 24 and 28°C, then a one-week post-fermentation maceration at 28°C refines tannin extraction and adds weight and roundness.
Ageing
Ageing includes 30% in barrels, adding complexity (subtle vanilla and toasted notes) while preserving bright fruit character.
