The vineyards are cultivated by us, a small group of winegrowers from Bordeaux committed to organic farming, respectful of people and the Earth. It's simple actually: our wines are good, very approachable and tasty!
Presentation
Terroir
Deep clay soils throughout the profile, marked in summer by wide shrinkage cracks appearing from the surface. The vine exploits these vertical fissures to explore the subsoil and develop new roots. In wet conditions (particularly in winter), clay swelling closes the macroporosity and destroys these roots as the structure becomes more massive again. As a result, the vine’s root architecture is in constant motion between constraint and renewal. This dynamic regularly establishes a moderate, early and progressive water constraint from veraison onwards, enhancing the grapes’ oenological potential.
Winemaking
Direct pressing using inerted presses, cold static settling, then alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks (14–18°C), with systematic inerting of musts, fermenting juices and finished wines to preserve aromatic freshness and color.
Ageing
Ageing on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, adding roundness and complexity while maintaining a crisp, vibrant finish.
Varietal
Merlot : 100%
